
PEERS® for Adolescents
PEERS® for Adolescents is an evidence-based, self-paced online course designed to help teenagers develop the social skills needed to make and keep friends. Developed at UCLA and used worldwide, this program teaches practical strategies for starting conversations, handling teasing, joining social groups, and navigating peer conflict. The course includes video demonstrations, home practice exercises, and structured support for parents or social coaches to reinforce learning. It’s ideal for teens who are neurodivergent or experiencing social anxiety and want to build meaningful peer connections.
